Test bench for testing the duration of suspensions
Development of an electro-mechanical single-roller test bench for dynamic tests of the duration of automotive suspensions, in particular, motorcycle forks and shock absorbers.

GOALS ACHIEVED
- The test bench is used to perform tests on tyres that are mounted on motorcycles.
- The booth has a shatter-proof glass and is soundproofed.Inside the booth, the speed that the tire can withstand on the road, i.e. 200 km/h, is reproduced.For this reason, it was necessary to provide the soundproofing system of the station.
- The tire is stressed with continuous movements precisely to check the quality of the suspension.
- The test bench consists of a control console for controlling the tests to be carried out on the tyre and below the console is the electrical switchboard for the automation of the machine.
