Automatic packaging machine for long pasta
The machine is able to form a cardboard box for food with tear-off systems made in such a way that it does not contaminate the contents of the packaging.

GOALS ACHIEVED
- The machine is able to create a packaging that adapts to pasta formats with a variable weight from 1kg up to 5kg;
- A die has been designed, once formed, to tear around the packaging without giving up any paper residue inside the box, and which could allow the packaging to be closed again
- The possibility of format change is rapid and allows the operator to stop the machine for a short time
- The feeding of the dies is automatic and allows to choose the weight of the product and the die needed for its packaging
- A boxing and palletizing system has been created at the end of the line for pallet forming
